Easy Apple Pie Recipe with Himalayan Hive Apple Jam
Ingredients
1 package of pre-made pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 cup Himalayan Hive apple jam
2-3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for topping)
1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Himalayan Hive apple jam. Mix well until the apples are evenly coated.
Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it into the bottom and sides.
Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the apple filling. You can either cut slits for a lattice effect or simply cover the pie entirely.
Crimp the edges to seal the pie and cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Optional: Brush the top crust with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar over it for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Allow the pie to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
